It was earlier rumored for Chris Evans returning to MCU for future projects minimum of one project, But some big sources confirming that, but it's not an official confirmation by Marvel. There is no indication how Steve Roger's Chris Evans return, but the release states that the character is "more likely" to appear in another superhero's movie in compare have a new Captain America movie.
From Deadline reports, Chris Evans is close to reaching an agreement that will take him to return to the MCU for at least one project film. Unlike the fourth stand-alone film, the plan must coincide with the appearance of Robert Downey Jr. in "Captain America: Civil War" and "Spider-Man: Homecoming".

Then we see geriatric Steve Rodgers meet Sam Wilson, also known as the Falcon, and give him his shield. This scene feels like the moment the character is retreating along with Vision, Black Widow, and Iron Man.
