Sony's Morbius Spider-Man Spinoff Delay Again Until January 2022
Sony Upcoming Morbius movie that is Spider-Man spinoff starring Oscar winner Jared Leto's as lead is delayed. This is not the first time that the movie delays its release date. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic over the world, lots of upcoming movies are currently releasing on the OTT Platform or Delay their release date due to seeing Theatre's problems.
The film is the Sony Pictures Universe of Marvel Characters that follow Venom: Let There Be Carnage and other interlocking Sony movies. Morbius is passed several release dates. Sony first announced the release date July 10, 2020, before rolling back to 31 July 2020. When the pandemic start, the company decided to move Morbius from 2020 to the planned March 19, 2021 release date. When it turned out that theaters weren't ready to open yet, Sony decided to postpone the release date by seven months to October 8, 2021. Now Morbius delay to 21 January, 2022. Marvel Black Widow still at its peak due to pushing its releasing date.
The Hollywood reporter Boris Keith went on to take out Twitter to announced that Sony Pictures has once again delayed Morbius's release. Instead of coming out in October 2021, it will now hit theaters on January 21, 2022.
