'Black Adam' movie casts 'Young Rock' Uli Latukefu


DC Extended Universe's long list of the cast added one more in the movie Black Adam and this time movie cast actor that previously portrayed Dwayne Johnson's teenage role on his NBC comedy Young Rock.


From the reports of the Deadline on April 29, NBC's Young Rock actor Uli Latukefu cast in the upcoming anti-hero movie Black Adam starring Dwayne Johnson's (The Rock) in the titular role. Also, the report confirms that due to lack of information it does not confirm more details about casting. So, the actor is currently cast in a disclosed role.

Australian actor and singer Uli Latukefu is popularly known for his role as Byamba in Netflix's series Marco Polo and Ridley Scott's Alien: Covenant. Now the seen in the Young Rock series on NBC, for playing the role of Dwyane's 18-20 age version on television. Currently, the actor starred in Black Site and going to appear in Next Goal Wins from Taika Waititi.
So, it can be supposed that the actor may play Black Adam's young age role about his past days in Kahndaq.


Recently, Mo Amer and James Cusati-Moyer joined the cast in an unknown role. Alongside Bohdi Sabongui, Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Pierce Brosnan as Doctor Fate. And Sarah Shahi as Adrianna Tomaz, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, Marwan Kenzari is cast in the movie.


The movie going to be 2019's Shazam! Spin-off introducing a large number of characters of Justice Society of America. And the rise of Billy Batson's villain Blac Adam. Shazam! Fury of the Gods set to release June 2, 2023.
Black Adam gets a new release date and finally releases in theatres on July 29, 2022. The Movie is direct by Jaume Collet-Serra previously worked with Dwayne in the Disney adventures movie Jungle Cruise.
