Stand-up comedian and Ramy star Mo Amer recently cast in New Line/DC Dwayne Johnson's upcoming movie Black Adam.
From the Deadline reports, Actor Mohammad Amer joins Black Adam in the secret role for the movie.
Mo Amer is popularly known for the Hulu original series Ramy, and as well as a Netflix stand-up comedy Mo Amer: The Vagabond.
Recently, moreover actors James Cusati-Moyer and Bohdi Sabongui join the movie in mystery roles. And the list does not end yet for Black Adam.
Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Pierce Brosnan as Doctor Fate, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, aka Isis, Sarah Shahi as Adrianna Tomaz, and Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone. Marwan Kenzari and James Cusati-Moyer are cast in the movie.
Dwyane Johnson's (The Rock) recently announced the new release date of Black Adam and also reveals that movie shooting kicked off. The movie will Shazam! spin-off and Dwayne going to play an anti-hero role who is Billy Batson's one of powerful villain and wizards. And rest of the cast will play important role in the Justice Society of America lead by Black Adam.
Jaume Collet-Serra direct the movie, And also with Dwayne he already directed the Disney adventures movie Jungle Cruise. And going to introduce the characters of Justice Society of America and the rise of Billy Batson's villain Blac Adam.
Black Adam will release in theatres on July 29, 2022.
