When two famous superhero actors, Tom Holland (Spider-Man) and Robert Pattinson (Batman), meet and discuss their roles while portraying them in another realm, it becomes pretty entertaining. Robert Pattinson, debuting in Bruce Wayne (Batman) role for The Batman film in DC Universe, has been open about the Tom Holland (popularly known for his Spider-Man role in MCU) conversation when they went out to eat dinner together.
In the interview with The River, Robert Pattinson replied when he was asked about "The Devil All the Time" film co-starred Tom Holland, did you talk to him about the role of a superhero?
"Did! Actually, we are quite close to our hometown in London. We went out to dinner together and I talked to him for the first time. We were both excited to talk about how 'It's amazing that Batman and SpiderMan are together'(laugh)."
Robert Pattinson and Tom Holland star together in the 2020's psychological thriller film, The Devil All the Time, directed by Antonio Campos, released on Netflix. Tom Holland's previous film Spider-Man: No Way Home becomes the 6th highest-grossing movie worldwide with $1.69 billion. And also, his upcoming action film Uncharted is arriving on 18 February 2022.
Robert Pattinson Will Reprise His Role As Batman
Robert Pattinson also revealed that he will continue playing the Batman role.
"Yes, by all means. I also like the place where the characters end up in the movie. I think we can develop it in any way... I'm really interested in what he does in the second film" Robert Pattinson responded to the question, 'Do you want to continue playing the role of Batman?'
The Batman film is directed by Matt Reeves, starring Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne/Batman in the lead, Jeffrey Wright as James Gordon, Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman/Selina Kyle, and Paul Dano as the Riddler/Edward Nashton. The Batman film will be released on March 4, 2022.
